The co-founder for the group changes his username often, so we're not listing him here!
RULES:
-No chat / comment spamming
-No disrespect (Respect everyone!)
-No profanity, the occasional curse word will be tolerated, just don't curse too much!
-No asking for a higher rank unless we know you well
-Don't ask for the item we're raffling in exchange for the entry fee, if you do we'll send a counter offer without the items we're raffling, but after we look at any other offers that might be there!
-Please don't change your name if you entered a raffle/giveaway. We might not be able to find you and you might not get the item if you won.
-For items that are painted or have strange parts on them we take the worth of the item plus half of the strange part/paint's worth to find out what it is.

NOTE: For each raffle you can buy multiple slots! If the Entry Fee is 1 Ref you can pay 2 Ref to get 2 Slots! This applies to all raffles unless said so on the raffle!

Raffle entries will be pure (Scrap, rec, ref, keys, buds.) OR items, Steam items like trading cards or emoticons are allowed! Trading Cards and Emoticons will be worth 1 Scrap(This doesn't include Foil Cards)!

Also, you are definitely allowed to check the Administrator's, and Mods backpacks. We will try to respond frequently, so try requesting some raffles for specific items. And, you may not post your own raffles. Moderators and up will be posting the raffles.
Only Team Fortress 2 items, or Steam Games unless said otherwise. We will not usually post raffles about steam items / other game items.

NOTE: All raffles will not have a winner until ALL of the slots are full! You may get a refund and leave a raffle if you want to, but only if the raffle hasn't ended! If a raffle ends you won't get a refund, there are certain exceptions to this! But if a raffle goes on for to long with it being empty/very few entries we'll cancel it, in that case everyone will get there items back that they entered with.
