Typical Good Vs Evil, Heroes and Named places are worth something to someone. Kill the other's teams named place to gain advantages while keeping your own intact. The ring of power is guarded by gollum and he must be defeated before gaining access.

Your UU will gain bonuses as you complete objectives. They can grow quite strong.

P1 Gondor: The main line of defence against the evil forces of Mordor. Taking out the Nazgul will wield great bonuses for the defence of gondor. Keep your port cities as they will give tribute. Bring Frodo to Mt Doom to deal a major blow to Mordor.

P2 Mordor: Osgiliath, Minas Tirith are your main targets. If you hold the ring, you unleash Sauron upon middle earth.

P3 Elves: The Nazguls and Goblin town are you sworn nemesis

P4 Rhun: North of Gondor is prime for the taking, Minas Tirith and Erebor are your objectives

p5 Rohan: Isengard's betrayal must not go unpunished. Destroy the Dam to put a stop to Saruman's Plans. Killing Wormtongue stops theoden from dying.

p6 Isengard: Mordor has ordered you to stop Rohan from helping Gondor, take Edoras and Helms Deep. Kill Theoden and Eomer to control the Riddermark

p7 Dwarves: Retake your ancestral home of the Moria and kill your sworn nemesis Bolg

p8 Umbar: Minas Tirith along with their ports are yours to plunder. Show naval superiority by killing the elven ports as well.

*Side Missions*

-Losing Heroes or named places will give advantages to the other team

-Nazguls are released when Mordor hits imperial age

-Putting 5 units inside Isenmouthe and having 400F and 200G spawns cave trolls.

-Putting Sharku under the Isengard TC will spawn Wargs for 60F

-Drakes can be trained by putting 5 units in the Weathered Hearth for 250F and 200G

-To gain Eomer, Rohan must train 20 rohirrim and bring King Theoden to Eomer

-Keeping the King of Rhun and the Serpent Lord near the flags around your own castle will generate Tributes from Mordor

-Having Haldir, Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas and Theoden in Helms Deep gives 20 units

-Renew the friendship of Dwarves and Elves by putting 20 Elf units near Erebor and 20 dwarven units in Mirkwood simultaneously

-To make a big explosion at Helms Deep, bring the Uruk-hai Saboteur near the deeping wall

-Eagles can be recruited if Gondor and Elves researched redemption at their monestary, P3 holds the ring, Gandalf is at the Eagle's Eyrie and Frodo is in Minas Tirith

-Killing the Isengard Dam will Free the Ents

-Bring the fellowship to Lothlorien to recieve bonuses

-Some quests will appear after some requirements are meet
