We here at the 37th are a group of friendly team-oriented gamers. All of us believe the best way to victory is through solid teamwork, and a bit of squad-based tactics We may not always take the game seriously, and like to have some laughs while we do, but we take each other seriously.
Every soldier is responsible for his buddy in the foxhole next to him.

What We're Looking For in Potential Recruits
Men or Women Age 18+ Exceptions can be made for 15+ if a member vouches for you, subject to stringent review.

Respectful, and friendly gamers, people willing to work as a team and follow orders. No Lone Wolves

Helpful people who don't just feel obligated to help out new players, but want to help out.

A minimum of weekly activity, even if only for a few hours, once a week.
We are not looking for players who have 1 game with us, want to join, manage to get in and we never see them again.

Members Inactive longer than 30 Days will be stripped of their rank and demoted to Conscript. After another 30 Days if you have not returned or informed a CO of your reason for absence you will be removed.

How we Expect Our Members to Behave
ALL 37th Guards members are to behave maturely and act accordingly while you represent us. We expect all members, from your beloved Майо́р NukerMunky and faithful Капита́н MailletC, all the way down to the lowliest рядово́й's and солдáт's to behave like adults. To be helpful and friendly to anyone and everyone, especially non-members.

How we Play
We play together as often as possible. Always looking for any games that are at least semi-realistic and supportive of squad structure. We play together as a Team.

We usually run in Squads of 3 or 5, of course, the more the merrier. These Squads will be commanded by a CO or NCO as the Squad Leader, with an additional lower NCO as the Assistant Squad Leader, with 3 Enlisted Ranks filling it out.

We try to get all our players to play to their strengths first and foremost, but second to that is squad functionality, we try to run a squad with mixed armament that can safely tackle any and all situations that may arise.
