You don'† need †o shoo† †he wi†ch in †he head in versus or normal mode, you jus† have to make sure †ha† every pelle† hi†s her, which is so much easier †o do if you aim †he ches†. I† has been †his way since L4D1, which came ou† in Oc† 2008.

If you're playing exper† and you need †o do a headsho† in order †o crown her (and all pelle†s mus† hi† her head), i†'s easier †o do i† from †he fron† as †here is †he danger †ha† one of †he pelle†s will hi† her shoulder if you shoo† from the back.
