Papa Smurf acc, main global, 2017.inSync was formed in August 2015 and over the period of its existence has gone from strength to strength competing at the highest level online over the internet.

Moving forward and looking towards the future we are continuing our long-term goal of making inSync a Globally recognised professional gaming team, where with the support of our partners we will be attending events wherever possible and hosting an array of tournaments, competitions and giveaways throughout the year.

What we look for:
Is not Toxic.
Knows smokes and stuns for every competitive map (we will test you on them).
Plays either entry fragger, support entry and In game leader.
Has good timing and doesn't over rotate sites on ct.
Only calls relevant information and doesn't question why we lost rounds until the end of the game.
Players with high composure and can keep team moral up.
In game leader needs to have strats and previous team xp is an absolute must.
Can stay up late for tourneys and play everyday.
LEM/Supreme/Global no exceptions.
Good quality microphone and speaks fluent English.
