Games are played for fun, and everybody should communicate to each other in a friendly and mature manner, Civilization multiplayer is a very emotional and fun game, and things will not always go your way when six players are involved; take it as a tribute to your skill when people gang up on you!

General game rules:


No leaving a game, unless
You lost your capital city
All players agree your civ is irrelevant to the development of the game
All players agree the game is over
Real life issue comes up (frequent users of this rule will be monitored)
Only play when you have enough time, six man games usually last more than 6-7hours

Feel free to host any type of game you like, settings are decided by majority vote. (For example Game up 3/6)

Any use of Exploits will get you banned. These include but are not limited to use of trade bug and endless tech loop bug.

If the game crashes, ALWAYS meet in chat for a reload.

A game with technical problems can be scrapped with majority vote.

If a player disconnects, all players have to wait at least 10 mins for him to reconnect; game can then continue, be scrapped or a sub can be found.

If u spawn Venice you can request a rehost.
Diplomacy and World Council


Trading and allying is allowed with human players. No trading or diplomacy with AI, except when peacemaking.

Abusing city states for training units, pillaging and repairing tiles, and making peace every turn while conquering are not allowed.

Worker stealing is allowed

No city trading except in peace dealings.

A player can only vote for his/her self for world leader.

Scholars in residence are not allowed.
Warfare:

Shift-moves are not allowed.

Repairing opponent’s tiles are not allowed.

General code of Conduct:

All players should be respectful and display good sportsmanship, abusive players will be kicked.

Waiting out the turn timer to attack or other reason is considered poor sportsmanship

Suicide on purpose or staying in game without actually playing is considered worse than quitting.

Should a player in your game stream please don't watch his/her stream for fairness! For whatever reason you are doing so, it will result in a warning/ban
Collusion or predetermined team play is not allowed.
NAPS lasting more than 30 turns are teaming
Playing not to win to help another player win is teaming
Getting unfair help is not allowed.
