Kaiser Friedrich IV dies of a heart attack, a power struggle ensues in the Galactic Empire. Count Reinhard von Lohengramm and Marquis Klaus von Lichtenlade form an alliance versus Duke Otto von Braunschweig and Marquis Wilhelm von Littenheim. Reinhard plots a coup d'tat in the FPA to buy time for the war. The Imperial Civil War ended with the consolidation of the entire Empire's military forces under the control of Reinhard von Lohengramm. The Westerland Massacre resulted in widespread desertions from the Lippstadt League and shortened the duration of the war. This meant that the civil war was less damaging to the Empire's military than it otherwise might have been. Politically the defeat of the Lippstadt League broke the power of the high nobles both materially and politically. Their estates and assets were confiscated to replenish the Empire's treasury, and this wealth would fund Reinhard's later military expeditions. The Westerland Massacre had turned the public overwhelmingly against the nobles, dooming any attempts to restore the old status quo or the Goldenbaum Dynasty.

Are you feeling lucky? Movie Battles is a class-based and team-orientated Multiplayer Total Conversion previously for Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast, now for Jedi Academy - totally altering the Multiplayer experience to reenact those famous battle scenes seen in the movies.

The main focus being teamplay, balance and movie-like battles, it offers diverse classes, representing the various groups of characters shown in the movies and taking over their core aspects. An altered Sabering System, giving the player full control over his saber and a Progressive Item / Weaponry System based on your actions during the rounds. Defeat the enemy and weaken their resources.

Being team-based, it is the villainous classes vs the forces of good, with balance taking priority. Sith vs Jedi, Rebellion vs Empire, Clones vs Droids. Teamplay is highly advised, but every class has the ability to defeat any other class.

War is coming as the battle rages on for a second delivery, time to choose your allegiance!
