The most important step is the next one.Historically: The Minute Men were a group of colonials during the American Revolution. They were a group of irregular militia that could be called upon to fight the British at any minute
of the day. They were a self supplied group of freedom fighters.

In early December of 2011 The Minute Men Irregulars were founded by Captain Joe who is determined for his group to rise and conquer. The group's leadership was then passed on to Coverfire339. We are looking for any man who plays Napoleonic Wars regularly, is loyal, and willing to serve the group! Any man can improve through training, loyalty and through these all things are possible.

THE RULES:

1. RESPECT - Respect will always be shown to superior officers as well as to all fellow Minute Men, despite any age or confliction. When given a direct command from a superior officer you are expected to obey it.

2. DISCIPLINE - Discipline will always be demonstrated during trainings and LBs, when you attend you will be expected to fall in and carry out orders to the best of your abilities

3. ATTENDANCE - Attendance must be met to the best of your abilities, every member must make atleast one LB and practise a week. If you are unable to make either then inform the Colonel or a superior officer of your absence.

CONSEQUENCES: If any of the rules are violated then you can expect to either demoted or kicked depending on the severity of the action.

Its okay if you are absent a few times or are unable to make it for even a week or so but you MUST inform someone that you will be gone for that duration of time otherwise you might get kicked!
