What's this group about?
Maybe you have thought about other ways to get hat other
than idling and trading. Idling is a large problem in team
fortress 2 while trading itself encourages swapping items
and it is pretty fun. This groups purpose is to act as a
third option that can be combined with idling and trading
if so pleases.
A lot of people can't take advantage of the steam store
even if they want to. This group increases the chance of
people getting items by buying items from the store and
handing them out. This does two things: it supports the
steam store and it makes people happy. My advice? Combine
