The Empyrion.Life is an offshoot of the .Life community that was originally founded for Ark: Survival Evolved. On May 29th, 2016, the .Life community branched out to include a new Empyrion Server.

This server is run by CupCakeSprkls, and all custom planets are credited to her!

Rule 1 - On PVP planets, everything is open season. Proceed at your own risk.

Rule 2 - Your main base MUST be on a PVP planet if you wish to engage in PVP. This includes CV basing. *See Rule 8 for exception.

Rule 3 - You may NOT place turrets underground. You may however still place the *player turrets* (sentry) as you please. Players with turrets underground will earn time away from Empyrion.Life.

Rule 4 - There is a soft cap on CV block usage of 25k blocks. Gross violations of this cap will be deleted without warning.

Rule 5 - Items will not be spawned in by staff for players unless they are donated for. Any exception to this rule is left to staff discrection, and is cleared by head admins first.

Rule 6 - Please name your ships and bases. If we see your faction online, a friendly warning will be given. If we check logs, and the ship has been spawned for more than a day or so, it will be removed from the game.

Rule 7 - PVE players are limited to one CV, and two SV's per person. No more ship graveyards.

Rule 8 - PVP factions are allowed a SINGLE CV (under 5k blocks), and a single SV as a backup should their bases be completely wiped. These backups are to be parked in the empty space field known as "Deep Space Storage".

Rule 9 - Players who are pve in nature MAY engage in space piracy at this point. I.e., you may engage in attacking other vessels in space now if you so choose in an effort to steal any wares the other ships may be carrying. HOWEVER - you *still* are not allowed to attack a players base.

If you're chasing someone, and they jump down planetside, you are to disengage completely.

NOTICE - Owner and Admins play the game just like everyone else, feel free to raid them if you choose to. Just keep in mind that if you do u might get a battle back. Owner and Admin will under no circumstance ever spawn in anything for themselves.

NOTICE - If we catch you cheating, don't plan to stay long. Our hammer is heavy, and cupcake's balls are huge. Both enjoy a good swing now and again.
