Requirements

- Maturity. Toxic players and trolls will not be tolerated. Unless we're laughing with you. ;D

- Chemistry. We will take the time to decide whether you will or will not work well with the team. If you show any disrespect for your teammates, we'll show you the door.

- Skill. Don't bother applying unless you have some Open+ league experience and have ranked up to at least A- and/or GE. You will also be expected to develop your own skills on a continual basis.

- Communication. It's not just about in-game calls, although they are quite important. We will expect post-game feedback from team members, including thorough demo review.

- Dedication. Treat this as a job: We will be conducting team exercises and practices eight hours a day, four days a week.
