This is a group created primarily to help others discover the glorious world of Action / Strategy Hybrids. This is a subgenre combining well-known tropes from both action games (first-person shooters, hack and slash, etc) and strategy games (Real-Time Strategy, Grand Strategy, etc) into a single whole that either each player or specific roles within the same game can enjoy the different sides of this combination.

The most likely grandfather of this subgenre is Herzog Zwei on Sega Genesis (also the grandfather of RTS)
