Completing the training mini-games will allow you to level up Attributes: Strength, Dexterity, Wisdom, and Stealth. These Attributes help you during Urgent Jobs and the Final Battle by giving you more health. As well as affecting the course of Relationships and the main story.
Another way to spend time in the castle is completing different types of Jobs. These Jobs will raise your traits: Courage, Discipline, Intelligence, and Devil's Luck. Traits will help you in Training by giving you more health. As well as affecting the course of Relationships and the main story.
