Plants vs Zombies with some old hag. 4 hours of content for 1 dollar, not bad.

TLDR: Repetitive. Padded out levels. Pixelated. Mobile UI with oversized buttons. Redundant with superior Plant VS Zombies.
The whole Shannon Tweed fending off groupies that went to meet his husband is weak and does not feel credible. Her lines are related to the towers you use as defense but she uses them out of context and they play seemingly randomly and there is not enough variety in them. The pacing of the game is all off, with unlocks coming in way too slow which makes the game feel padded out. You can basically copy and paste the same tactic over and over. The enemy variety remains very low and new enemies are introduced very slowly as well. Difficulty is fairly low and as long as you spam enough money trees early on you will have more than enough money to cover defenses. Keeping the motivation to do so is the hard part. The user interface for upgrading plants is clunky and unwiedly, you will often save up and upgrade a bunch at once to avoid that. You can harvest money while the game is paused. The game does not have high resolution options and the overall polish of the visuals is somewhat lacking, disappointingly. The flavor text for the enemies in the encyclopedia is not as consistently humorous as Plants VS Zombies, it is very hit and miss. The music is insanely limited, loops way too much and renders the game unsufferable unless it is muted. The change in scenery when you beat 10 levels often does not introduce anything new to the actual levels
The groupies that you make flee by frizzing their hair, making them stink, botching their makeup with water blocking them with bodyguards and the money tree are all conceptually interesting. However without even looking too close you can immediately think up of which plants from Plants vs Zombies each tower is mechanically copying, and it copies them almost exactly, in terms of duration, area of effect, cost and whatnot. Same thing with the enemy types although to slightly lesser extent I would say.
Conclusion: If this had a lot more polish than it currently does and addressed all the previous issues I would probably be bale to live with the mechanics copying PvZ but as it stands this is an all around inferior version and the reskin does not shine enough in terms of flavor to even earn its place in the library. Disappointing

Just a horrible ripoff of Plants vs Zombies. The voice acting was done with what sounds like a low quality mic & the gameplay couldn't be more dull. I have no idea who in the world wanted this game made or who would actually enjoy playing it. My rating is a big FU!
I'm not exactly a fan, but this game, in its simplicity, is surprizingly playable! Well, lower your expectations... there, right there! It's about that good. I can only imagine how much more I'd enjoy this purchase, if I were an actual fan! And that's mostly because of the extras that come with the game! It's sort of like when you get a DVD, you get extras. Yea, like that. Only it's just a few photos of Shannon, Gene and the family. But like I say, lower your expectations, and (especially) if you are a fan, you might actually enjoy this simple and yet amusing little thing. I give it a thumbs UP!

This game is a Plants vs Zombies wanna be. It's ok to play if you're board but the other game is a far better option.

Do you want Shannon Tweed? Do you want the Hollywood glitz and glamour and excitement that must fill Shannon Tweeds daily life? Do you want Plants Vs Zombies without plants, zombies or any of those fun game mechanics? Then this is the game for you.
You begin the game with a polite message from what I assume to be Ms Tweed's assistant, Sophie, who runs you through the contols of the game and the absolute havoc that comes with controling Shannon's hectic groupie filled schedule. After a while Sophie kinda leaves you to up it, updating you after each "day" on new "tools" which can help keep the groupies at bay. These range from Money Trees (Copyright pending for Ms Tweed) to what are essentially fart bombs that of course disgust the rampaging ravenous army of Tweed hungry groupies. I can't say I've progressed far beyond the fart bombs, but I cannot wait for the moment that I do. I am literally gripped right now.
All in all, this is worth every single penny if you answered yes to any of the questions in the opening paragraph. A truly revolutionary game, with a truly insightful look into the daily life and hell of a G list celebrity. I for one cannot recommend this enough. It also has the added bonus of looking good in your library. I obviously cannot speak for everyone here, but in my Steam library, it's sitting next to such subpar titles as Sanctum 2 and Sid Meier's Civilisation 5. Having Ms Tweeds game there, in HD no less, just gives me that sense of true gamer that only comes with games of this quality.

First It is looking like plants vs zombie but the game is too easy... +/- 60 levels where only a little difference between 3 levels...
You unlock picture of Shannon.... yes if you really love her maybe but this game is 0/10 for me....

It's a Plants vs Zombies clone, let's get that out of the way. It's certainly not as good as PvZ but it's not terrible. Gift it to your friends you don't like or play it yourself if you want more PvZ levels.
Give it to someone you love... or hate... if you're going to give them this game there's probably not much of a difference.
A searing, in-depth look at the rollercoaster life of Shannon Tweed, as she grapples with both her turbulent mind and the incessant, onward onslaught of the over-keen (and underwashed) groupies. Never before has the fractured nature of existence been so accurately portrayed in pixel form.
Not so much a game as a celebrity life simulator. Not so much a game as an event.
Having said that, I do not recommend this game, because I'm unsure we, as humans, can fully handle it.
This game is like Plants V Zombies, in fact its pretty much the EXACT same thing, only with Shannon Tweed. The game is about groupies rushing the stage to get her man Gene Simmons, the lead singer of KISS. The music is a nonstop 3 second loop of music. KISS is a legendary rock group, kind of surprising the music for the game is this bad, not to mention if their music sounded like a low bitrate midi, Id imagine the groupies would be running away from the stage not towards it. Plants V Zombies has a singing sunflower that actually rocks harder than KISS in this game, never thought I would say that.
(Perhaps Shannon Tweed made this as an April Fools joke, it came out on April Fools day.)
