I have taken the evening to reflect on what I said and what was said by the dev response, and I have changed my tune regarding this DLC. I think I have just been annoyed by other things regarding the games, namely kickstarter related, and I took it out on here, which is not fair. I respect that the company needs to make money. While I am not a huge fan of the DLC model, it is fair that DLC needs to be made to keep up the work on the games themselves. Hence, I have changed my review to positive, however, some things still bother me, and should the devs respond to them, I will update here. The day 1 DLC to me, is still a rather "cash-grab" tactic. As it means it was worked on prior to the game's release. To me that shows that this extra content was less so, extra stuff for when the game was finished, and was more, let's start making extra money already. So I do believe, that despite my disagreement with the DLC model of the game, that this DLC is worthwhile in supporting everyone who worked on the game. However, day 1 DLC still rubs me the wrong way. I apologize for my harsh wording in the previous review. I truly did take time to sit back, reflect, and even talk to some of my game dev friends to get their opinions.
