Its VERY short, but it's a fun little platformer, you can probably spend 2 hours max trying to perfect rank all the levels.
This game is cheap and good. I do love the N64-esque graphics.
umm, this game is very very good ;)
Simple 3D platformer that plays surprisingly well. Controls are tight and responsive the biggest pro in this game. Level design is very basic but still ok. For a short platformer it's decent.
Still I think the game have some sinister side to it...
the levels are fast, and the music slaps. It’s perfect if you just wanna chill and jump around for 30–45 minutes.
It’s not deep or long, but it doesn’t need to be. For the price, it’s a fun little ride.
8/10
A simple mediocre platformer that is 25 minutes long. Not really getting the hype TBH.
used to be obsessed w this game
Love it! I hope if there was a story and an open world or at least sections this would be my dream game sonic adventure 1 but better
Good
This game is great! A 3D platformer in a similar vein to Sonic, Toree has a cool art style and is a quick game to speed through. Replaying this game is super easy, and trying to find fast routes is fun. I'd highly recommend checking it out!
Cuteness Overload 3D
5/10
This was notably harder than the other Siactro games I've played, at some points to where it got me frustrated (particularly the train levels, which were just poorly designed). The gameplay feel similar to Sonic Robo Blast 2, if that game ran better on keyboard controls. However, I did have to turn camera sensitivity all the way up just for it to feel close to correct and even then it was still kinda slow. The levels are all pretty simple designs, though I don't find that to be an issue, especially since that's typical of all of this dev team's games. I will say, I'm not sure if it was the game or my awful computer but at one point the controls randomly started having a delay that wouldn't fix until I restarted my entire computer. I would dock a point for that, but there was a giant squid in one of the levels, so it evens out. Any game automatically gets a point if there's a squid in it fr. I do find it interesting that this was the game that was apparently included on a PS1 Horror Demo Disc, considering that there's way creepier content in the Super Kiwi 64 series. The "horror" in this essentially boils down to a few sudden, creepy jumpscares (that quickly get old), annoying glitchy sounds, and... Yeah, that's about it. It's an issue that plagues the Super Kiwi 64 series as well, creepy elements without any plot justification, but it felt even more jarring here considering that they tried to put a much bigger emphasis on the creepy vibes. I do wonder what a full-on horror game from this dev team would be like. The first few levels were quite fun for what they were but eventually it just grew irritating, especially trying to get all the stars. I am curious to play as Macbat now that I've unlocked him- The fact I'm considering a replay should tell you I did at least enjoy the game a little bit. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes platformers or collect-a-thons, but it is a very light recommendation.
~
Not gonna give this a numerical rating since I already did that, I just want to add some thoughts specifically on Macbat's gameplay. The infinite jumps are nice (and understandably cut the Grade mechanism), though a bit inaccurate to Macbat 64 since he doesn't get infinite jumps until the end, unless we are to believe that this canonically takes place AFTER Macbat 64. It is a bit weird that the menu still shows Toree's icon. There should be a sprite for Macbat. I also wish it reset the levels list depending on who you're playing as. The infinite jumps are a good tool, though. I'll have to use that to explore some of the maps more thoroughly at some point.
Neat little short game. Fills a nice niche as a quick 3D platformer with a light focus on speed.
the two city truck levels suck shit but otherwise the game's good
this is the game that introduced me to siactro's work, and i appreciate it for that. this is a somewhat fast-paced 3d platformer that is extremely short. i'm talking 30 minutes, 15 if you're trying to go fast. it's also a dollar, so the lack of content isn't much of an issue. it is quite well designed, with levels feeling fair and fun. speedrunning is encouraged, with the ranking system that includes some brutally difficult s ranks. because toree controls very nicely, the game is quite fun to speedrun, even though the aforementioned bird has a quite low speed, at least without dash panels or anything. the game is also very replayable, partly because of the speedrunning aspects, making it well worth its criminally low price tag.
You move, and move fast, you jump, and do silly noises, and you race to find that one shortcut that shaves off a few seconds of your run time. It's very short, i spent my almost two hours of the game just trying to get all characters. For this price, please go and get all Siactro's games, they are fantastic, especially super kiwi 64!
How could a game so simple be so fun? i just love this game!!
Really solid game, it impresses me how creative it gets with its limited scope.
It was pretty chill..until it just wasn't for some reason.
nice and simple 3d platformer that you can beat in about half an hour. pretty good for a game that costs less than a bag of chips from a vending machine
A decent little 3D platformer, worth 50 cents, not more.
peak toree gameplay imo, this is so good
I'll pay a dollar for a hour of fun, sure! Cute little game, essentially unlocks godmode after through McBat, my only complaint was that I couldn't figure out how to exit, had to alt+tab to leave.
really fun aesthetic and controls, not very long and the camera controls feel too slow for a game this quick but ultimately its still a fun little game.
Short but sweet.
Cute little platformer with a focus on time attacking and some minor horror elements. Definitely worth a dollar!
A great little 3D platformer for just $1. A quick playthrough takes under 30 minutes, but it’s a highly satisfying bite-sized experience and well worth playing.
It’s a fast-paced platformer with an easy-to-use double jump. There are nine levels, all well-built using a limited number of assets, yet each has a distinct theme and plays somewhat differently. The soundtrack is excellent, and the sound design, especially later (when things get a little odd), is polished and fitting to the action.
It’s a short and sweet adventure if you’re just looking to complete the levels. However, there are also alternative characters, speedrunning ranks, and star collectibles for each level. These are non-essential but could easily add a few extra hours of gameplay if you want more.

Cool
Made me startle 3-4 times... man I didnt see horror tag
it was a fun and short experience. It really brought me back to that old retro platforming days (I'm not old. I was introduced to retro games before modern games) and the platforming and controls are tight and it feels right. In a way there are some replay value that the developer tried to fit in it. Collecting the stars, S ranks, and 2 secret characters that have different abilities. Surprisingly it added 2 more hours to my playtime. If it didn't have any of that it would have been a 30 minute or less experience. On the topic of S ranks some were easy on a second or third try but a few costed me hours. Neo Osaka was insane. You have to be damn near perfect when platforming to make the time. I'm ngl some of these S rank times felt almost unfair especially Neo Osaka. However it pushes the player to be a God at these stages and that's definitely how I felt after getting all S ranks. One of the secret characters named "Tasty" is fun to use. He reminds me of Sonic. In conclusion it's a really fun game and I enjoyed myself. Gave me a lot of nostalgia.
Nice little game, got a lot of playtime from just 0,99 euro, maybe it should've been at least 3. Also I love the aesthetic.
Pretty cool, get that ice cream!
The description doesn't lie. I wish there was more content, though.
But paying a dollar for this doesn't hurt. You can have <60min of fun with this.
Toree is a perfectly arcadey 3D platformer. Simple to play and difficult to master and S Rank the levels. You only need to get all of the collectibles in a level OR at least A rank it to unlock the other two characters, though.
If you've got a couple hours to kill, for $1 this game will keep you entertained.
Also, kudos for recognizing Metal Harbor as the best Sonic Adventure 2 level.
Mooom can we get a PS5 I wanna play Astro Bot?
Mom - We have Astro Bot at home.

A short cute game with fun gameplay just for $1 is something I would take anytime though I do wish that it was a bit longer as the gameplay was really good.

Great old school platformer but gets boring after 6 minutes, lacks a plot.
I dislike platformers/colectathons
But this one is really good! Great design!
It's aight. I feel like people overhyped some of the things that happen in this game and they just didn't meet the expectations. It's a very simple 3D platformer with a handful of levels. Very short game, for 99 cents it's good enough but I don't think I'd recommend anyone go out of their way to play this unless you have some spare change left in your Steam account you wanna throw at something.
NOTE: The controller support is kinda funky - my PS5 controller didn't work right off the bat and I messed with a bunch of settings and restarted it a number of times, eventually it started working but I'm not sure what made it work.
Great aesthetically, but the gameplay is the most mediocre 30 minutes I've had in my life. The music is questionable. The way sliding physics (not ice physics, those are fine) are implemented is just bad, don't ever do that again please
cute runner. wish there was a bit more to the game both in sense of story and gameplay tho
Competent bite-sized 3D platformer. Good vibes, a taste of subversion, and solid controls.
arguably the best game at this price point

a fun-sized platformer package with perfectly little mascot lead, as well as a nice homage to 3D classic's
Short, Cheap, Fun
Toree 3D is a short 3D platformer that takes around 30 minutes to beat. The levels are designed around being able to speedrun them and are genuinely fun to go through. The controls are tight and responsive and each of the unlockable characters have their own "ability" such as unlimited jumps. The best part of the game for me was the excellent music and settings of the levels. Each level felt unique from the others. The game really feels like a game that you would be playing on a Nintendo 64 or similar console and for a dollar you really can't go wrong. For more reviews, follow my curator page.
A short retro platformer with a colourful style, I enjoyed the levels, a bit simple but they do give a challenge when rushing throughout them.
Siactro is the the king of the hour-long platformer. The movement feels really great and responsive, and it packs all the major beats and mechanics you'd expect from a longer platformer in its short runtime. There are some creepypasta elements to this game, but fortunately they're brief and confined to 1-2 levels. It's worth picking up for the dollar.
style over substance
"S" rank game
Very short game but worth a dollar for 30 minutes of fun
