The game world is almost infinitely expandable via the editor.

I would like to recommend Hockey Manager 20|20 for everybody.
Insanely deep fun Hockey manager that also takes some skill like having enough knowledge about finances to get a return on investment when making financial decisions.
The game also has official French and Spanish Ice Hockey Leagues which include real-life players this game doesn’t need the NHL league to feel realistic it’s fun even without it.
Also, the manual is great I recommend reading to learn the game as well as reading email’s you get as the season progresses; it does a good job of holding new players' hands on which type of choices they should make.
As a hockey player, I give this game a 10 out of 10 in my personal opinion.

Poor game, poorly put together.
Great game!
The game is as deep of a hockey sim as I've ever seen, however no NHL license is a bit of an immersion killer for me, because I spend more time editing than I do playing. Another downer for me is not having the ability to choose between Euros and Dollars or KG's and LB's. When there is a complete overhaul to the US and Canadian teams available in the workshop then I'll be more interested in playing, but until then it's FHM for me. If you don't mind the lack of an NHL license and or editing for months, then the game might be for you. If you're like me though, I can't recommend it.
